SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipments (including US territories)

All large domestic shipments (that include tracking) will have insurance in the event that the item is lost or damaged in shipping. Include an email and phone number when you order so that we may contact you with any order issues or address discrepancies. 

Please allow 7-10 days for the order to be shipped out and 10-15 days during holidays. Domestic shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks but can take longer due to worldwide shipping delays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will not accept damaged returns 48 hours after the package was delivered.

If a packaged was lost please open an inquiry with USPS and notify us so that we are aware of the issue. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Buyers must include an email and phone number that they can be best contacted at for customs clearance. The shipment can take anywhere from 2-4+ weeks to arrive depending on the location and can take longer due to worldwide shipping delays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on each country/region the item is being shipped to as well as the weight and size of each item. All international parcels will include insurance in the case that the item is lost or damaged in shipping.

The buyer will be responsible for paying any customs clearance changes incurred upon their order’s arrival into their country.
